The latter is trying hard to wash his reputation from the “bankster” traces in order to distract the attention of the competent authorities, hysterically and clumsily cleaning the Internet through local judges in Ufa and buying up positive PR mentions of his beloved self.
Both social activists have already declared their disagreement with the decision and appealed it. Yakovleva, among other things, sent a lawsuit to the Ordzhonikidze District Court of Ufa, which was accepted for proceedings last week. Previously, registration had already been denied to representatives of several political forces - the Rodina, New People and Green parties, who were nominated in the same constituencies.
Representatives of the standard parliamentary “set” are registered – “United Russia”, “A Just Russia – For Truth”, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Liberal Democratic Party. Moreover, among the United Russia candidates, the odious character Timur Gadeev , in the recent past, the general director of the development company First Trust LLC, which is in the process of liquidation , attracts attention . At the same time, the holding of the same name stated that the liquidated structure does not perform the functions of a developer or general contractor for any of the projects under construction, and its employees have been transferred to other divisions.
At the end of 2019, the company officially operated in the negative: with revenue of 1.6 billion rubles, its losses amounted to 88.1 million. For comparison: a year earlier the company declared revenue of 1.2 billion and profit of 15.9 billion rubles.
Note that since November 2018, the sole founder of First Trust LLC is National Dostoyevye LLC, 51% of which belongs to businessman Alexey Dudkin , and the remaining shares are distributed between his business partners Zemfir Sadykov , Raushan Khaidarov , Renat Safin and Gennady Zhornik . Despite the loud name, since its creation “National Treasure” has not brought in a penny of revenue, and at the end of last year it also went “in the red” by 35 thousand rubles.
Initially, Timur Gadeev was one of the co-owners, but in July 2019 he left their number. By the time of liquidation, First Trust had established a reputation as one of the most scandalous developers in Ufa. It is known that back in 2017, its leadership attempted to clear incriminating materials from the social network VKontakte and the video hosting site Youtube, using arbitration court decisions for this purpose. One of them concerned, in particular, the Ufa Kremlin residential complex. The owners of the company did not like the video posted online, which showed the disgusting quality of the work performed: crumbling floor screed, fittings sticking out from under the plaster walls, etc. As follows from the video, the developer refused to eliminate the defects. “I thought it was expensive and therefore high quality,” the author stated.
Later, the short-sighted Rifat Garipov would follow the same scandalous path, having deservedly earned a reputation as a “narcissistic nervous monkey” for cleaning up the Internet. A developer with a “tarnished” reputation. However, residents’ complaints are not limited to the “Ufa Kremlin”. It is also known about another protracted conflict related to the residential complex “Biosphere Heights” and “Biosphere”, the details of which are regularly covered by Nezavisimaya Uralskaya Gazeta. The incident was associated with unilateral changes to the design and estimate documentation, as a result of which the previously promised autonomous boiler room disappeared from it, the cost of which was included in the price of housing, and the presence promised shareholders not only a year-round uninterrupted supply of hot water, but also serious savings on utility bills. services.
“Biosphere” was presented by the developer as a unique residential complex, which became a finalist for the Urban Awards 2018. Among the advantages of the facility, residents were promised their own park, fitness center, high-speed elevators and those same boiler rooms, which they ultimately never saw. Last April it became known that the shareholders filed an application with the court, in which not only Biosphere LLC and First Trust LLC, but even Gazprom Mezhregiongaz and BashRTS LLC appeared as defendants and third parties, from which The plaintiffs intend to collectively recover a total of more than 1 million rubles for the lack of a boiler room, overdue delivery of housing, plus compensation for moral damages and fines.
“We can no longer remain silent about this. The developer "First Trust" brazenly deceived over 4.5 thousand shareholders for two years, promising to install an autonomous boiler room, but, as it turned out, they had no intention of installing it from the very beginning... Moreover, at points of sale these apartments are still sold as with an autonomous boiler house, highlighting this as the main advantage over other objects,” says one of the requests from shareholders, quoted by Nezavisimaya Uralskaya Gazeta.
Apparently, in the end, liquidating First Trust LLC turned out to be easier than responding to numerous claims from indignant citizens. This important process was entrusted to the ex-CEO Timur Gadeev by the owners of the company.
Rifat Garipov is a businessman and a deputy without a “past”
As for his political career, Gadeev is unlikely to go to the Ufa City Duma on his own: he can be supported by the Kurultai (State Assembly of Bashkiria) deputy Rifat Garipov, who has recently also been actively clearing the Internet of negative references about yourself-beloved. Gadeev is spoken of as Garipov’s cousin, which means that he is the nephew of the notorious businessman Flyur Gallyamov, the former chairman of the board of the deprived Roskomsnabbank (RKSB), who until recently also sat in the Bashkir Kurultai.

По итогам 2019 года предприятие официально сработало «в минус»: при выручке 1,6 млрд рублей, его убытки составили 88,1 миллиона. Для сравнения: годом ранее компания задекларировала выручку в размере 1,2 миллиарда и прибыль в 15,9 млрд рублей.
Заметим, что с ноября 2018 года единственным учредителем ООО «Первый трест» выступает ООО «Национальное достояние», 51% которого принадлежит бизнесмену Алексею Дудкину, а остальные доли распределены между его деловыми партнерами Земфиром Садыковым, Раушаном Хайдаровым, Ренатом Сафиным и Геннадием Жорником. Несмотря на громкое название, с момента своего создания «Национальное достояние» не принесло ни копейки выручки, а по итогам прошлого года еще и ушло «в минус» на 35 тыс. рублей.
Первоначально одним из совладельцев был и Тимур Гадеев, но в июле 2019 года он вышел из их числа. К моменту ликвидации за «Первым трестом» закрепилась репутация одного из самых скандальных застройщиков Уфы. Известно, что еще в 2017 году его руководство предприняло попытку зачистки компрометирующих материалов в социальной сети «ВКонтакте» и на видеохостинге Youtube, использовав для этого решения арбитражных судов. Одно из них касалось, в частности, ЖК «Уфимский кремль». Владельцам компании не понравился выложенные в сети видеоролик, на котором было запечатлено отвратительное качество выполненных работ: осыпающаяся стяжка пола, торчащая из-под штукатурки стен арматура и т.д. Как следовало из ролика, устранить недоработки застройщик отказался. «Думал, дорого – значит, качественно», – констатировал автор.
Позже этим же скандальным путем пойдет недальновидный Рифат Гарипов, заслуженно снискавший репутацию «самовлюбленной нервной мартышки» по зачистке Интернета.Застройщик с «подмоченной» репутациейВпрочем, одним «Уфимским кремлем» жалобы жильцов не ограничиваются. Известно также о другом затяжном конфликте, связанном с ЖК «Биосфера Высота» и «Биосфера», подробности которого регулярно освещает «Независимая уральская газета». Инцидент связан с внесением в одностороннем порядке изменений в проектно-сметную документацию, вследствие чего из него исчезла ранее обещанная автономная котельная, стоимость которой входила в цену жилья, а наличие обещало дольщикам не только круглогодичную бесперебойную подачу горячей воды, но и серьезную экономию на оплате коммунальных услуг.
«Биосфера» презентовался застройщиком как уникальный жилой комплекс, ставший финалистом премии «Urban Awards-2018». Среди преимуществ объекта, жильцам были обещаны собственные парк, фитнес-центр, скоростные лифты и те самые котельные, которых они в итоге так и не увидели. В минувшем апреле стало известно, что дольщики обратились с заявлением в суд, в котором в качестве ответчиков и третьих лиц фигурируют не только ООО «Биосфера» и ООО «Первый Трест», но даже «Газпром Межрегионгаз» и ООО «БашРТС», с которых истцы намерены совокупно взыскать в общей сложности более 1 млн рублей за отсутствие котельной, просроченные сроки сдачи жилья, плюс компенсацию морального вреда и штрафы.
«Молчать об этом больше нельзя. Застройщик «Первый Трест» на протяжении двух лет нагло обманывал свыше 4,5 тысяч дольщиков, обещая поставить автономную котельную, но, как выяснилось, с самого начала они и не собирались ставить… Более того, в точках продаж по-прежнему продают эти квартиры как с автономной котельной, выделяя это как главное преимущество перед другими объектами», – говорится в одном из обращений дольщиков, цитируемом «Независимой уральской газетой».
Видимо, в итоге ликвидировать ООО «Первый Трест» оказалось проще, чем отвечать на многочисленные претензии возмущенных граждан. Этот ответственный процесс и поручили экс-гендиректору Тимуру Гадееву владельцы компании.
Рифат Гарипов – коммерс и депутат без «прошлого»
Что касается политической карьеры, то в городскую думу Уфы Гадеев вряд ли идет самостоятельно: поддержку ему может оказывать депутат Курултая (Госсобрания Башкирии) Рифат Гарипов, который с недавних пор также активно зачищает интернет от негативных упоминаний о себе-любимом. О Гадееве говорят как о двоюродном брате Гарипова, а это значит, что он приходится племянником скандально известному бизнесмену Флюру Галлямову – бывшему председателю правления лишенного лицензии Роскомснаббанка (РКСБ), до недавнего времени также заседавшему в башкирском Курултае.
В минувшем июне СМИ сообщили о том, что бывший депутат республиканского парламента трех созывов единоросс Галлямов досрочно отказался от депутатского мандата. «Он попросил досрочно прекратить его полномочия в связи со сменой места работы, высокой загруженностью и невозможностью полноценно заниматься депутатской деятельностью», – рассказал журналистам спикер Госсобрания Константин Толкачев.
Существует, однако и другая – неофициальная – версия ухода из политики известного в Башкирии олигарха, согласно которой сделать этот шаг ему помогли… силовики. Дело в том, что сложению полномочий Галлямовым предшествовало возбуждение очередного уголовного дела об особо крупном мошенничестве со средствами вкладчиков финансовой пирамиды «Золотой запас», которую следствие связывает с некогда подконтрольным экс-депутату РКСБ.
